Big St. Louis jobs that still need your trade, in your inbox every morning

We read the City of St. Louis permit data every day and flag permitted jobs where nobody has pulled the electrical, plumbing or HVAC permit yet. That's your chance to get in before the subs are locked in.

How it works

  1. Every morning we pull the city's new building permits and its electrical, plumbing and mechanical permits.
  2. AI reads each job description and works out which trades the job will need. Fences, signs, roofs and event tents get filtered out.
  3. If no permit for your trade has been pulled at that address, the job goes on your list. You get each job once, by email, before 7am.
  4. Each job comes with who filed the permit, the contractor and the property owner, from city records, so you know who to call.
